Liam Ferguson

Product designer & developer

I design digital products and get them built.

I started out designing and building websites, then spent several years working on B2B ecommerce software. At Thrive, I’ve worked with engineering teams on an employee communications app and its web admin tools, from defining features to reviewing the finished build. I recently moved to Germany and am looking for my next product design role here.

A clearer way to plan content

Planner gives communications teams one shared view of what is being prepared, what is scheduled and where gaps remain.

The challenge

Content planning happened across spreadsheets, meetings and the CMS itself. Teams could publish, but they lacked a reliable shared picture of the weeks ahead.

Making time visible

I explored calendar and list models, then designed a workspace that keeps dates, channels, status and ownership visible without turning each item into a dense project-management card.

From plan to publish

The final flow connects planning directly to the existing publishing tools. Teams can move from an idea to a scheduled post without duplicating work or losing context.
